Repair Options - Advance Exchange Program - Key Services will repair or exchange your defective part for a serviceable part within 24 hours of receipt of the defective part. This program ensures the customer the quickest turn-around time at an economical price.
- Contractual Repair Program - For customers with repetitive defective products, Key Services will determine the Monthly Failure Rate and inventory 30% of the M.F.R. before the contract start date. The customer sends the defective product in via our RMA process. Key Services will receive the defective product and replace it with a serviceable part and ship it the same day. This program is offered as a weekly billing per unit shipped.
- Flat-Rate Repair Program - Key Services will repair your defective parts for a negotiated rate, as the failures occur (per incident). The standard turnaround time is 7 days from receipt of the defective part.

Service Calls We provide on-site service within a 50-mile radius of Winston-Salem. The charge is $125.00/hour (2-hour minimum) plus mileage.
