OEM Third-Party Authorized Service Provider Warranty Support – Key Services is Authorized by several OEMs to repair product under warranty without voiding manufacturer warranty or warranty processing to/from OEM for clients.

Post Warranty Support - Key repairs a wide variety of OEM product outside of OEM warranty, extending the life of the products and savings clients considerably by avoidance of replacement fees.

Level 1-3 Hardware Repair – Key Services’ engineers and technicians are able to provide everything from Level 1 simple repairs and part replacement to Level 3 more complex circuit board repair and BGA work.

Field Service - With our nationwide network of qualified technicians, Key Services has the ability to dispatch a technician onsite for device installation. Once the installation is completed, the new device is tested to ensure it is operable. The damaged hardware is removed; it is returned to appropriate location as dictated by the service level agreement.
