PROFESSIONAL SERVICES:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Key Services has significant experience in managing a wide variety of projects while following the PMI global standards. We onboard new customers via process and systems integration projects to synchronize internal and external operations. We manage the customer's technology refresh projects by coordinating internal and external resources and events to achieve the desired objectives.

BUSINESS ANALYSIS: Customers rely on Key Services for assistance in analyzing technology-based opportunities or problems and devising practical and cost-effective solutions.

NETWORK DESIGN & DEPLOYMENT (Wireless and Wired): KSI provides tools to assess our customer's network capabilities and provide recommentations. We can provide a team of qualified skilled resources that can build-out, re-architect and/or refresh your IT infrastructure.

REVERSE ENGINEERING: We can extend the life of older equipment with our process of disassembling and analyzing in detail to discover the concepts involved in repair and/or duplication.

SECURITY DESIGN & DEPLOYMENT: We will assess your infrastructure to make recommendations to implement, improve, and update your security posture. We have the ability to design, build, test and deploy a secure IT environment for our customers to meet compliance.

SYSTEMS INTEGRATIONS: Key Services will integrate your current infrastructure with newer technologies and infrastructure to ensure that your business processes and operations continue to function.

MANAGED IT SERVICES (Help Desk/Service Desk, Endpoint, Network Monitoring and Managing):

U.S. BASED SERVICE DESK: Key Services provides 24x7 ticketing management for tracking and logging customer requests and trouble tickets. Tickets can be entered via calling the service desk and/or email.

MANAGED SERVICE PROVIDER (NETWORK AND ENDPOINT MONITORING): Key Services provides Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) for our customers that provides proactive system and network alerting and notifications. We work with our customers to establish and implement IT Services Management practices to ensure accurate records, reporting and infrastructure maintenance.

REMOTE IMAGING UPDATE/UPGRADE: Working in conjunction with our Service Desk, Key Services provides system resolution using Incident Management and Problem Management methodologies. As part of our tool set, we have the capability to deploy patches, upgrades and in some cases re-image devices remotely.
