The Key Services' Repair Depot can turnaround your technology repairs in 5 to 7 days.

DEPOT REPAIR: Key Services repairs a wide variety of OEM products within and outside of OEM warranty - extending the life of the products and saving clients considerably by avoidance of replacement fees.

Advanced Exchange SolutionsADVANCED EXCHANGE: KSI offers an advanced exchange program with inventory management and same day shipping to minimize downtime for our customers. The customer returns the failed device to our depot for repair and return to stock.

Hardware as a ServiceHARDWARE AS A SERVICE (HaaS): KSI will provide the hardware and all technology services required to keep your location up and running. Your hardware is automatically upgraded before it reaches end-of-life, so you are always utilizing up-to-date technology.

Field Services and On-Site Repair FIELD SERVICES / ON-SITE REPAIR: KSI deploysva team of highly qualified Technicians to perform hardware installs, moves adds and changes at all client locations nationwide. Through partnerships with field service organizations, Key Services will dispatch a Technician on-site for device diagnostic, repair and/or replacement.

Technology Triage & TestingTRIAGE & TESTING: KSI offers custom triage services (e.g. cosmetic inspection and functionality evaluation). We fully test devices according to customer-specific requirements.

Technology Device Imaging and ConfigurationDEVICE IMAGING & CONFIGURATION: KSI collaborates with customers to image devices and configure all equipment to their specifications. We have the ability to image a large volume of devices per day (one shift) utilizing specialized equipment.

OEM Authorized Repair Partner OEM WARRANTY REPAIR: We are authorized by numerous OEMs to repair their products under warranty without voiding the manufacturer warranty.

Manufacturer Warranty FacilitationWARRANTY FACILITATION: On behalf of our customers, we facilitate warranty processing to/from the OEM allowing our customers to benefit from having a single point of contact and saving them considerably in time on the administrative piece involved in managing this process.
